Mr Marc Naylor

Marc Naylor has worked in a broad range of secondary schools across London and Kent as a Senior Leader and a leading practitioner of mathematics. Marc has a wealth of experience across teaching and leadership and has been instrumental in creating strategies which delivered rapid improvement in student outcomes. Starting his role at Stone Lodge School will see Marc leading on whole school curriculum and standards. Marc has the philosophy that when teaching mathematics everyone can achieve their potential - and produces well-planned, thoroughly engaging and differentiated lessons to suit each learning style and ability. He promotes a growth mindset challenging students to exceed their expectations and fosters determination throughout the school. This is done through his proven leadership on high quality and high impact teaching and learning across his own lessons and the rest of the staff body.
